Bilum Books has an agreement with Christian Books Melanesia (CBM) which guarantees a higher standard of service for customers.

All Bilum Books are stored in the CBM warehouse in Lae (not overseas). Orders are despatched from Lae. Delivery from Lae is quicker and more reliable than from overseas. The cost of freight is cheaper from Lae than from overseas. And customers can pay for Bilum Books in Kina (not in a foreign currency).

Prices are effective from 1 January 2022. They are recommended retail prices (including 10% GST) but prices may vary with different re-sellers.

1. Fill in the quantities required on the order form.
2. Fill in your name, contact details and the address for your school, institution or organisation.
3. Press the "Submit" button.
4. Bilum Books will arrange for a proforma invoice to be prepared and sent to you.
5. The proforma invoice will show the total cost payable, including any discount (if applicable) and the cost of delivery.
6. Delivery cost is calculated by CBM and charged at cost. Small orders are sent TNT airfreight, large orders by sea freight.
7. If the total cost is acceptable, make pre-payment direct to the CBM bank account (shown on the proforma invoice) and advise Bilum Books.
8. Once payment has been received and funds cleared in the CBM bank account, the books will be sent from Lae.
